The wire-braided and wire-spiral hose we ship comes off our own braiding, spiral-winding and vulcanising lines in Luohe, Henan — which is why we can hold a pressure rating, a cover compound and a delivery date instead of quoting whatever the trading company upstairs happens to have.

What We Manufacture

• Braided hydraulic hose — SAE 100R1AT (1SN), 100R2AT (2SN), 100R1SC and 100R2SC compact versions, 100R5, 100R6, plus fibre-braided and return hose.
• Spiral hydraulic hose — EN 856 4SP, 4SH and 4SH-T, SAE 100R12, R13, R15, R17 and R19, and the 621/628/635/642 high-pulse constant-pressure series.
• Industrial hose — chemical transfer, steam, food grade, material handling, sandblasting and tank truck hose.
• Fittings and adapters — metric, BSP, JIC 37°, ORFS, DIN 24° cone, SAE code 61/62 flanges and banjo ends.
• Finished assemblies — crimped, pressure-tested and labelled to drawing, with test certificates on request.

How Quality Is Controlled

Each production batch is sampled for burst pressure, impulse life and dimensional tolerance before it is released. Braided hose is impulse-tested to SAE J343, spiral hose to the EN 856 duty cycle, and every finished assembly is proof-tested at 1.5× working pressure. The plant runs an ISO 9001 quality system and holds more than 70 patents covering hose construction and coupling design.

• MOQ from 100 m per size and construction, mixed sizes in one container are accepted.
• Free samples for approval before a first order — you pay the freight, we refund it against the first shipment.
• OEM and private label — your brand printed on the hose, your part numbers on the label and the packing list.
• Drawing-based production — send an assembly drawing or a port list and we build to it, including non-standard lengths and end combinations.
• Lead time is confirmed per order; stock sizes normally ship within 2–3 weeks, custom assemblies depend on fitting availability.
