PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Data Center Liquid Cooling Hose — 13.8 bar, 24.5 mm Bend, V0 Cover
The YIBO liquid cooling hose is an EPDM body: EPDM tube, one or two layers of synthetic fibre braid, and an EPDM cover specified with V0 flame retardancy as well as weather, abrasion and ozone resistance.
The range is 8 codes from 1/4 inch to 1-1/4 inch. The three small codes are rated 1.38 MPa (13.8 bar, 200 psi); the five larger codes are rated 1 MPa (10 bar, 145 psi), which is the pressure a rack manifold actually runs at.
The figure that wins this application is the bend radius: 24.5 mm at the 1/4 inch code, 37 mm at 3/8 inch, and 195 mm at 1-1/4 inch. Inside a cabinet that is the difference between a clean run and a kinked line behind a server.

Application & Selection
DATA CENTER LIQUID COOLING HOSE — Data Center Liquid Cooling Hose — full specification table, PDF datasheet and factory-direct supply. DATA CENTER LIQUID COOLING HOSE covers 6.1–32.8 mm across 8 published codes.
DATA CENTER LIQUID COOLING HOSE tops out at 13.8 bar working over its 8 codes. This series weighs 0.13–0.7 kg/m. Assemblies are crimped and pressure-tested in-house, metric / BSP / JIC / ORFS ends, across the 8 codes in the 6.1–32.8 mm band. Smallest order of DATA CENTER LIQUID COOLING HOSE: 100 m, covering its 8 codes.
WHY THIS HOSE
Six Reasons This Body Suits a Data Hall
Liquid cooling is a routing and leak-risk problem before it is a pressure problem. These six points are what the table can prove.
24.5 mm Bend at 1/4 inch
The tightest bend in our range. A 1/4 inch line can turn inside a cabinet without an elbow, which removes two joints per run and two places to leak.
V0 Flame-Retardant Cover
The cover compound is specified V0 flame retardant alongside weather, abrasion and ozone resistance, which is what a data hall asks for when the hose runs through a plenum.
13.8 bar on the Small Bores
The 1/4, 5/16 and 3/8 inch codes are rated 1.38 MPa (200 psi) with 5.5 MPa (798 psi) burst. Rack manifolds run well under that, so the margin is real rather than theoretical.
EPDM Tube and Cover
Both the wetted surface and the cover are EPDM, which is the standard choice for water and glycol coolant loops rather than a compromise compound.
Fibre Braid, One or Two Layers
Synthetic fibre braid rather than steel, so the body stays light: 0.13 kg/m at 1/4 inch and 0.70 kg/m at 1-1/4 inch.
Eight Sizes, One Range
1/4 inch at the cold plate and 1-1/4 inch at the CDU take the same specification, so a build does not need two hose families.
CONSTRUCTION
EPDM, Fibre, EPDM
Inner Tube
Black EPDM synthetic rubber, bored from 6.1 mm to 32.8 mm across the range. EPDM is the compound used for water and glycol loops.
Reinforcement
One or two layers of synthetic fibre braid. Fibre rather than steel keeps the body light and the bend tight: 24.5 mm at the 1/4 inch code.
Cover
Black EPDM cover with weather, abrasion and ozone resistance plus V0 flame retardancy, outside diameter 11.6 to 12.6 mm at 1/4 inch and 43 to 44.6 mm at 1-1/4 inch.
APPLICATIONS
Where Liquid Cooling Hose Is Used
CDU to Rack Manifold
The main run from a coolant distribution unit to a rack manifold, usually 3/4 inch or 1 inch at 10 bar.
Manifold to Cold Plate
Short drops inside the cabinet, where 1/4 inch at 13.8 bar and a 24.5 mm bend removes the need for an elbow.
Rear Door Heat Exchanger
Door and rear-coil connections, where the hose has to flex every time the door is opened.
Cold Plate Loops
Server-level cold plate supply and return, on 5/16 and 3/8 inch codes with a 31.5 and 37 mm bend radius.
Bleed & Drain Lines
Small-bore bleed and drain runs at 1/4 inch, where 0.13 kg/m keeps the line off the manifold.
Test & Commissioning Rigs
Loop flush and pressure-test carts, where a 1-1/4 inch body at 195 mm bend radius handles the flow.
HIGH-END INDUSTRY DIRECTIONS
What Liquid Cooling Buyers Ask For
Every enquiry in this category has two subjects: does it fit behind the rack, and can it leak.
① Rack Density Up liquid cooling hose
Trend: Higher rack density pushes air cooling to its limit and puts coolant lines inside the cabinet.
Dohose: 24.5 mm minimum bend at 1/4 inch allows a run inside a server enclosure.
② Fewer Joints leak free hose
Trend: Every joint in a data hall loop is a leak risk, so designs remove elbows where possible.
Dohose: The tight bend radius lets one hose make the turn instead of two fittings.
③ Flame Retardancy Specified flame retardant hose
Trend: Plenum routing makes cover flammability part of the specification, not an afterthought.
Dohose: The cover is specified V0 flame retardant with ozone and abrasion resistance.
④ Glycol Blends glycol hose
Trend: Most loops run a glycol mix rather than pure water, for freeze and biological protection.
Dohose: EPDM tube and cover are the standard pairing for water and glycol duty; send the concentration and the temperature.
⑤ Lightweight Drops lightweight hose
Trend: Cabinet-mounted lines load the rail, so mass per metre shows up in the mechanical design.
Dohose: 0.13 kg/m at 1/4 inch and 0.25 kg/m at 1/2 inch, printed per row.
⑥ Traceability traceable hose
Trend: Commissioning records ask which batch went into which rack.
Dohose: Batch is marked on the body and recorded against the order.
WHY DOHOSE
Seven Reasons Buyers Stay with Us
Numbers, Not Averages
Every figure for the Data Center Liquid Cooling Hose comes from the per-code table: 6.1–32.8 mm, 13.8 bar working, 55 bar burst.
One Line, Full Range
All 8 codes of the Data Center Liquid Cooling Hose come off the same line, so a mixed order in 6.1–32.8 mm ships together.
Length on Demand
Cut-to-length supply for Data Center Liquid Cooling Hose; each code carries its own mass, 0.13–0.7 kg/m, so lifting gear can be sized first.
Ends Done Here
Assemblies of Data Center Liquid Cooling Hose are crimped on site and held at test pressure before they are boxed.
Export Packing
Coiled in poly bags, then woven bags on pallets — loading plans are drawn for 8-code orders.

FAQ
Liquid Cooling Hose — Ten Questions
Liquid cooling hose vs a standard EPDM water hose?
Three things: the bend radius, the cover and the pressure class. At 1/4 inch this body bends to 24.5 mm and is rated 1.38 MPa (13.8 bar), where a general water hose is bulkier and rated for a workshop, not a cabinet. The cover is also specified V0 flame retardant, which a general water hose is not.
1.38 MPa codes vs 1 MPa codes — why two classes?
Because the codes are built differently. The 1/4, 5/16 and 3/8 inch codes carry a heavier braid and are rated 1.38 MPa (200 psi) with 5.5 MPa (798 psi) burst; the 1/2 inch code and above are rated 1 MPa (145 psi) with 4.0 MPa (580 psi) burst. Match the code to the circuit, not to the largest number on the page.
What is the rating of the 1/4 inch code?
1.38 MPa working (13.8 bar, 200 psi) with 5.5 MPa (798 psi) minimum burst. Inner diameter is 6.1 to 7.2 mm, outside diameter 11.6 to 12.6 mm, minimum bend radius 24.5 mm and mass 0.13 kg/m.
What is the rating and bend radius at 1 inch?
1 MPa working (10 bar, 145 psi), on an inner diameter of 25.2 to 26.2 mm and an outside diameter of 33.6 to 34.8 mm. Minimum bend radius is 143 mm and mass is 0.52 kg/m, so a 1 inch drop needs planning inside a cabinet rather than a free hand.
Which size for a CDU to rack manifold run?
3/4 inch or 1 inch, at 1 MPa (10 bar): 18.8 to 19.6 mm inner diameter for 3/4 inch, with a 113 mm bend radius and 0.35 kg/m. The main run is sized on flow, and 10 bar covers the static head plus pump pressure in a normal loop.
Will it handle a glycol coolant mix?
EPDM tube and cover are the standard pairing for water and glycol loops, which is why this body is built that way: 1.38 MPa on the three small codes, 1 MPa from 1/2 inch up, and a 24.5 mm bend at 1/4 inch. Send the glycol concentration and the loop temperature with the enquiry: concentration is a compound question, not a pressure question, and it is confirmed before the order.
Why does a liquid cooling line weep at the fitting?
Because EPDM does not compress like rubber, and a clamp sized for a thicker wall leaves the joint under-torqued. On a 3/4 inch line at 0.35 kg/m rated 1 MPa the leak finds a rack long before it finds a floor. Inside a cabinet the leak then lands on equipment rather than on a floor. Crimped or correct-size clamped ends, tested before installation, are the only reliable answer.
Why does the cover crack in a hot aisle?
Ozone and heat age the cover from outside, and a hose lying against a warm manifold ages from both sides. The cover is specified for ozone and abrasion resistance plus V0 flame retardancy, but a 3/4 inch line at 0.35 kg/m left in contact with hot metal is being tested past its duty.
Which Chinese manufacturer supplies liquid cooling hose in bulk?
YIBO, in Luohe, Henan, builds 8 codes from 1/4 inch to 1-1/4 inch on one line, with EPDM tube and cover and a V0 flame-retardant cover compound. Assemblies are crimped and tested before dispatch.
What does liquid cooling hose cost per metre?
Price follows the bore: 0.13 kg/m at 1/4 inch, 0.25 kg/m at 1/2 inch, 0.70 kg/m at 1-1/4 inch. Send bore, length, end type and destination, and a firm figure comes back the same working day.
