PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Compact Single-Braid Hose — 225 bar, 75 mm Bend, 0.18 kg/m
The YIBO 1SC is the lightest body in our hydraulic range at any given bore: an oil-resistant tube, one compact layer of high-tensile steel wire braid, and a thin abrasion-resistant cover.
It runs 7 codes from 6.3 mm to 25 mm, 1/4 inch to 1 inch. Working pressure is 22.5 MPa (225 bar) at 1/4 inch down to 8.8 MPa (88 bar) at 1 inch, with a 4.0x burst margin on every row. Mass is 0.18 to 0.78 kg/m.
At 1/4 inch this hose is rated the same 22.5 MPa as a standard single-braid body, but it measures 13.2 mm outside against 14.1 mm, bends to 75 mm against 100 mm, and weighs 0.18 kg/m against 0.22 kg/m.

Application & Selection
Suitable for conveying hydraulic fluids such as glycol, hydraulic oils, lubricating oils, and emulsions, etc. COMPACT SINGLE WIRE BRAID HYDRAULIC HOSE covers 6.1–26.4 mm across 7 published codes.
COMPACT SINGLE WIRE BRAID HYDRAULIC HOSE tops out at 225 bar working and 900 bar minimum burst over its 7 codes. Weight band: 0.18–0.78 kg/m over the 7 rows. We crimp and test every build in-house — 7 codes, 6.3–25 mm. COMPACT SINGLE WIRE BRAID HYDRAULIC HOSE takes around 20 days from confirmation, covering the 7 codes from 1SC-04-06; OEM marking available.
WHY THIS HOSE
Six Reasons 1SC Is Specified Instead of 1SN
Where the pressure column allows a single braid, the compact version is the one that solves the layout problem.
0.18 kg/m at 1/4 inch
Against 0.22 kg/m for the standard single-braid body on the same 6.3 mm bore. On a control block with a dozen short whips, that difference is what stops a bundle sagging onto a hot manifold.
75 mm Bend at 1/4 inch
25 mm tighter than the standard single-braid body on the same 6.3 mm bore, which is the whole reason a compact body exists.
Same 225 bar as Standard
22.5 MPa at 1/4 inch and 18.0 MPa at 3/8 inch, identical to the standard 1SN rows. Compact saves space, not pressure.
13.2 mm Outside at 1/4 inch
Against 14.1 mm for the standard body. Small in isolation, decisive when eight lines share one channel.
Seven Codes, One Line
6.3 mm to 25 mm, all braided on one machine, so a mixed order of whips and runs ships as one lot.
Thin Cover, Real Braid
The cover is thinner than a standard hose, the wire is not. Assemblies still get the ferrule made for this wall, crimped and proof-tested.
CONSTRUCTION
Three Layers, All Thin
Inner Tube
Oil-resistant synthetic rubber (NBR), bored to the table: 6.1 to 6.9 mm at the 1/4 inch code, 25.0 to 26.4 mm at 1 inch.
Reinforcement
A single compact layer of high-tensile steel wire braid, giving 22.5 MPa at 1/4 inch and 8.8 MPa at 1 inch. Same wire as a standard single-braid body, wound tighter, which is what takes 25 mm off the bend radius at 1/4 inch without touching the pressure class.
Cover
Thin abrasion-resistant cover: outside diameter 13.2 mm at 1/4 inch, 27.2 mm at 3/4 inch.
APPLICATIONS
Where the Lightest Body Belongs
Control Blocks & Whips
Short pilot and control lines, where 1/4 inch at 22.5 MPa and 75 mm of bend radius thread through a valve block.
Forklift & Stacker Lines
Tilt and side-shift circuits at 3/8 inch and 18.0 MPa, inside a channel that a standard hose fills.
Machine Tool Lube Runs
Lubrication and clamp lines where the hose is supported by the machine, not the other way round.
Implement Linkages
Narrow linkages on folding equipment, where the bend radius decides whether the line survives the fold.
Test Rigs & Fixtures
Bench rigs and fixtures that are re-plumbed often, where 0.18 kg/m makes a line easy to move by hand.
Replacement on Compact Machines
Mini excavators and compact loaders, where 8.8 MPa at the 1 inch code covers the return side.
HIGH-END INDUSTRY DIRECTIONS
What Drives Compact Single-Braid Demand
This is a space problem more often than a pressure problem, and the numbers on the right are what buyers ask for first.
① Space in the Frame compact hose
Trend: Control blocks and manifolds are drawn before the hose is chosen, so the hose has to fit.
Dohose: 13.2 mm outside at 1/4 inch against 14.1 mm for the standard body.
② Short Whips, Many Lines compact hose
Trend: A dozen pilot lines in one channel is normal on a modern machine.
Dohose: 0.18 kg/m at 1/4 inch keeps a bundle from sagging onto the manifold.
③ Bend at the Block compact hose
Trend: The tightest bend is usually right at the fitting, where there is least room.
Dohose: 75 mm minimum at 1/4 inch, published per row.
④ Thin Wall, Correct Ferrule hose assembly
Trend: Buyers now ask which ferrule a compact body takes, because a standard one is the usual failure.
Dohose: Ferrule matched to the wall, crimped to a recorded diameter and proof-tested.
⑤ Cleanliness at the Port clean hydraulic hose
Trend: Compact circuits usually feed proportional valves, which ask for cleanliness at the port.
Dohose: Bores are blown through and capped before crimping.
⑥ Traceability traceable hose
Trend: Short lines are replaced often, so batch records matter.
Dohose: Batch and test date are marked on the body and recorded against the order.

FAQ
Compact 1SC Hose — Ten Questions
1SC vs 1SN at 1/4 inch — which one?
Both are rated 22.5 MPa (225 bar) with 90 MPa burst on the same 6.3 mm bore. The compact body measures 13.2 mm outside against 14.1 mm, bends to 75 mm against 100 mm, and weighs 0.18 kg/m against 0.22 kg/m. If the block is already crowded, 1SC is the one that fits; otherwise the standard body is easier to source.
1SC vs 2SC at 3/8 inch — which one?
Pressure decides it. At 3/8 inch 1SC is rated 18.0 MPa (180 bar) and 2SC is rated 33.0 MPa (330 bar), on the same 10 mm bore. For a pilot or return line at 150 bar, 1SC at 0.27 kg/m is enough; for a clamp line at 250 bar, 2SC is the answer.
What is the working pressure of 3/8 inch 1SC?
The 10 mm code is rated 18.0 MPa working (180 bar, 2,611 psi) with 72 MPa (720 bar) minimum burst. Minimum bend radius is 90 mm, mass is 0.27 kg/m, and the outside diameter runs 15.1 to 16.5 mm.
What bore of 1SC for 30 l/min at 150 bar?
1/2 inch, at 16.0 MPa (160 bar): 12.5 mm bore passes 30 l/min at about 4 m/s, which is a normal return velocity. The 3/8 inch code would need 6.6 m/s and is rated only 18.0 MPa, so it leaves almost no margin at 150 bar.
Which 1SC code for a forklift tilt line?
3/8 inch at 18.0 MPa (180 bar) with a 90 mm bend radius and 0.27 kg/m. Tilt and side-shift circuits sit well under that, and the 90 mm figure is what lets the line run inside the mast channel.
Can 1SC be used with water-based fluid?
Yes, inside the narrower window: -40 to +100 ℃ on oil and 0 to +70 ℃ on water-based media. At 3/8 inch the 18.0 MPa rating still applies on HFC; the 70 ℃ ceiling usually ends the application before the pressure does.
Why does a 1SC line kink at 90 mm?
Because 90 mm is the minimum for the 3/8 inch code, and a single compact braid has little spare wall to resist ovalising at the limit. Lay the line out at 110 mm and the same hose runs for years; clamp it at exactly 90 mm and the first heat cycle finishes it.
Why did a 1SC assembly leak at the ferrule?
A compact single-braid wall is the thinnest we build (0.27 kg/m at 3/8 inch, 16.5 mm outside), so a standard ferrule either crushes the braid or fails to grip it. The ferrule has to match this body, and the crimp has to be set to a recorded diameter rather than to a chart for a standard hose.
Which Chinese manufacturer supplies compact 1SC hose in bulk?
YIBO, in Luohe, Henan, builds 7 codes from 6.3 mm to 25 mm bore, 1/4 inch to 1 inch, on one line, all rated with a 4.0x burst margin. Coils and finished assemblies ship from the same plant.
What does 1SC cost per metre at 3/4 inch?
Price follows the body weight: 0.18 kg/m at 1/4 inch, 0.35 kg/m at 1/2 inch, 0.78 kg/m at 1 inch, so 100 m of 1 inch is a 78 kg coil. Send bore, length, ends and destination and a firm figure comes back the same working day.
