SAE 100R19 Constant Pressure Hose — 280 bar From 3/16 to 3/4 inch
The YIBO R19 is a constant-pressure hose: an oil-resistant tube, a single steel wire braid, and an abrasion-resistant cover, with the same working pressure at every bore.
The range is 7 sizes from 3/16 inch to 3/4 inch — 4.6 mm to 19.8 mm inside diameter. Every row is rated 28.0 MPa (280 bar) with 56.0 MPa (560 bar) minimum burst, and bends between 45 and 120 mm. Mass runs 0.17 to 1.45 kg/m.
Note the margin: this is a 2:1 burst ratio, not the 4:1 used on our R17 range. That is the published figure, and it is why R19 is quoted on working pressure rather than on headroom.
