PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Material Transfer Hose — Blown Into the Silo, Static Earthed
This is the pressure side of a bulk material line. The tube is NR + BR behind an abrasion-resistant wear layer, the reinforcement is high-strength polyester cord with spiral steel wire and a conductive copper wire, and the cover is NR + SBR. It is published in six bores from 51 mm to 152 mm, at 10 bar working and 30 bar minimum burst.
The copper wire is the detail that separates this from a plain transfer hose. Dry product moving at speed builds static, and a line blowing grain or powder into a silo needs a path for it that runs the length of the hose rather than relying on a clamp to make contact.
The spiral wire does the other job. It keeps the bore from collapsing when a line is shut down with product in it and gives the wall something to work against under pressure. Mass runs 1.73 kg/m at 2 inch to 7.27 kg/m at 6 inch, the wear layer steps from 4.0 to 6.0 mm, and the coil changes at 5 inch from 61 m to 30.5 m.

WHY THIS HOSE
Six Reasons a Bulk Line Needs a Copper Wire
A material hose is judged on how long the wall lasts and whether the line stays safe while it does. These six points cover both.
Earth Path Along the Hose
The conductive copper wire runs the full length inside the reinforcement, so static from a fast-moving dry product has somewhere to go that does not depend on a clamp being tight at one end.
Spiral Wire for the Shape
The spiral steel wire holds the bore at 51 mm to 152 mm under pressure and stops a shut-down line from flattening with product still in it.
Wear Layer Steps Up
The abrasion-resistant layer is 4.0 mm on the 2 and 2-1/2 inch codes, 5.0 mm on 3, 4 and 5 inch and 6.0 mm on 6 inch — the wall grows where the material moves fastest.
10 bar, 30 bar Burst
Every code is 10 bar working with 30 bar minimum burst, a 3:1 margin, which is the class a blower or a screw feeder works in.
Mass to 7.27 kg/m
1.73 kg/m at the 2 inch code against 7.27 kg/m at 6 inch: the two largest bores are handled with equipment, and the coil halves to 30.5 m for the same reason.
Six Bores, One Family
51, 64, 76, 102, 127 and 152 mm cover a bagging line and a silo fill from the same hose, so a plant does not mix a material hose with a cement hose on one system.
CONSTRUCTION
NR + BR, Cord and Wire, NR + SBR
Inner Tube
NR blended with BR for abrasive bulk material, behind a 4.0 to 6.0 mm wear layer, in bores from 51 mm to 152 mm.
Reinforcement
High-strength polyester cord with spiral steel wire and a conductive copper wire, carrying 10 bar and earthing the line.
Cover
NR blended with SBR, an abrasion-resistant cover from 67.4 mm outside at the 51 mm code to 178.6 mm at 152 mm.

HIGH-END INDUSTRY DIRECTIONS
What a Bulk Plant Checks
The questions are about static, wear and how much hose one person can move.
① Dust Explosion Rules anti static hose
Trend: Bulk handling is a classified area.
Dohose: Conductive copper wire in the reinforcement.
② Wear per Tonne abrasion resistant hose
Trend: Lines are costed by throughput.
Dohose: 4.0 to 6.0 mm layer by bore.
③ Bigger Silos large bore hose
Trend: Fill rates are pushed up.
Dohose: 152 mm at 178.6 mm outside.
④ Handling Two People heavy hose
Trend: The largest bores are rigged.
Dohose: 5.55 and 7.27 kg/m, 30.5 m coils.
⑤ One System, One Hose material hose
Trend: Plants avoid mixing hose types.

WHY DOHOSE
Seven Reasons Buyers Stay with Us
Published Per Code
The Material Transfer Hose is published code by code — 6 rows, 51–152 mm, each with its own pressure and mass.
One Factory, Whole Range
From the smallest to the largest bore in 51–152 mm, the Material Transfer Hose is made in one plant — no second source.
Cut to the Metre
Take the length the job needs — Material Transfer Hose is cut from the coil, with 1.73–7.27 kg/m published so handling can be planned.
Tested Before Boxing
Every assembly built from Material Transfer Hose passes a hydrostatic test before it leaves the plant.
Packed for the Container
Pallet layouts for Material Transfer Hose are planned against the container, so freight per metre stays predictable.
Private Label
Printing, labels and packing for Material Transfer Hose can carry a distributor brand.
Same-Hour Reply
Bore, quantity and ends are enough to price Material Transfer Hose; the reply goes out within 1 hour.
FAQ
Material Transfer Hose — Ten Questions
Material transfer hose vs the dry cement hose on the same table — what changes?
The wire. Both are 10 bar over 51 mm to 152 mm, but this one carries spiral steel wire and a conductive copper wire, where the cement version is cord only — so this hose holds its shape under pressure and earths static.
Can it replace a suction and discharge hose on the same silo?
For a blown line, yes; for a line that is sucked, no. The spiral wire here holds the bore under pressure and against a shutdown, but a true suction duty asks for the suction and discharge build at the same 51 mm or 76 mm bore.
What is the rating on the 2 inch code?
10 bar working with 30 bar minimum burst, on a 51 mm bore, a 67.4 mm outside diameter, a 4.0 mm wear layer and 1.73 kg per metre, on a 61 m coil.
What is the largest bore, and how heavy is it?
152 mm at 6 inch, with a 178.6 mm outside diameter, a 6.0 mm wear layer and 7.27 kg per metre, supplied on a 30.5 m coil.
Will it move grain and powder without static building up?
That is what the conductive copper wire is for: a path the length of the hose for charge generated by dry product moving fast. The rating is 10 bar across all six bores, with a 4.0 to 6.0 mm layer against the wear.
Can it be used on a blower line into a silo?
Yes — the 102 mm code at 4.26 kg/m is the usual size, and the 127 mm code at 5.55 kg/m takes a higher fill rate on the same 10 bar. Both come on a 30.5 m coil above 4 inch.
Why is the wear layer different on different bores?
Because the material moves fastest in the largest bore. The layer is 4.0 mm at 51 and 64 mm, 5.0 mm at 76 to 127 mm and 6.0 mm at 152 mm, so the wall grows with the duty rather than staying nominal.
Why does a material hose wear through on the outside of a bend?
Because the product is thrown to the outside wall at every change of direction, and the wear layer is what absorbs it. On the 76 mm code with a 5.0 mm layer a swept support rather than a tight clamp is what keeps the layer working.
What is the minimum order?
One coil or cut lengths from a metre across the six bores from 51 mm to 152 mm. The 61 m coil covers the 2 to 4 inch codes and the 30.5 m coil the 5 and 6 inch codes, so a mixed order ships as two coil sizes.
How is the hose priced?
Per metre by bore and by layer: 1.73 kg/m at 2 inch against 7.27 kg/m at 6 inch. Send bore, material, conveying rate, blower pressure and destination for a firm figure.
