Hydraulic Oil Delivery Hose — 20 bar Across Thirteen Bores
This is a hydraulic oil and return-line hose with an NBR + SBR oil-resistant tube, a high-strength polyester cord reinforcement and an NR + SBR cover, published from 6 mm to 102 mm inside diameter in thirteen codes.
There is no wire in the build, which is what keeps the mass down: 0.18 kg/m at the 6 mm bore and 4.21 kg/m at the 102 mm bore, with the outside diameter going from 14 mm to 119 mm across the same range. It is a delivery and return hose, not a pressure line, and the ratings are published accordingly.
Every one of the thirteen codes is rated 20 bar working against 60 bar minimum burst, a flat 3.0× margin from 1/4 inch to 4 inch. Bend radius runs 60 mm to 800 mm, and the coil length changes once: 100 m from 6 to 25 mm, then 61 m from 32 mm upward.

Burst is 60 bar on 20 bar working, and the table says so on all thirteen rows. This is a delivery and return hose, and quoting a 4:1 figure here would be inventing margin.
Coil Changes at 1-1/4 Inch
Seven codes from 6 to 25 mm ship on a 100 m coil and six codes from 32 to 102 mm on a 61 m coil, which decides how a large order is packed before it decides anything else.
Mass Follows the Bore
0.18 kg/m at 6 mm, 0.78 kg/m at the 1 inch code and 4.21 kg/m at 4 inch: a 61 m coil of the largest bore weighs over 250 kg, so the handling is part of the specification.
Polyester, No Wire
A cord reinforcement gives a 60 mm arc at the 6 mm bore and 400 mm at the 51 mm code, which is what lets a return line be pulled around a machine base by hand.
Two Codes Share 250 mm
The 25 mm and 32 mm codes both publish a 250 mm bend radius, so stepping up a size for flow costs nothing in the routing envelope.

Inner Tube
NBR blended with SBR for oil resistance — this is the layer that decides whether a return line survives oil mist and sump temperature.
Reinforcement
High-strength polyester cord, no wire, which is why the 102 mm bore still bends to an 800 mm radius and the hose stays a delivery hose rather than a suction hose.
Cover
NR blended with SBR, an abrasion-resistant cover from 14 mm outside at the 6 mm bore to 119 mm at the 102 mm bore.

Is this the same hose as SAE 100R6?
No. The R6 class is rated 21 to 34 bar with a 4:1 burst margin and stops at 18.2 mm bore, while this range is a flat 20 bar with 60 bar burst at 3.0× and runs to 102 mm. They are different builds for different lines.
Can it replace a wire-braided hose on a return line?
Yes on a line that stays at or under 20 bar, which is what a return or delivery line does. It must not replace a pressure line: there is no wire in the reinforcement, so it will not take impulse loading above the published 60 bar burst.
What is the rating on the 4 inch code?
20 bar working and 60 bar minimum burst, on a 102 mm bore, a 119 mm outside diameter, an 800 mm bend radius and 4.21 kg per metre. It ships on a 61 m coil rather than the 100 m used at the small end.
Which bores come on a 100 m coil?
The seven codes from 6 mm to 25 mm. From the 32 mm code upward the coil is 61 m, on all six remaining codes to 102 mm, which matters when a long run is planned.
Will it carry hot oil out of a machine sump?
The NBR + SBR tube is built for oil, and the published use is oil mist and return lines rather than hot oil transfer. Keep the working temperature inside the range printed on the datasheet, and size the bore so the return flow does not push past 20 bar.
Can the same hose carry water and glycol?
Yes at 20 bar — a water-glycol circuit is inside the rating and inside the tube compound. On the 13 mm code that is a 130 mm arc at 0.36 kg/m, which is the size most coolant and glycol loops are built in.
Why is the margin 3:1 instead of 4:1?
Because 60 bar burst against 20 bar working is what the table publishes, on every one of the thirteen codes. A 4:1 figure would need 80 bar burst, and this hose is not built to that schedule.
Why does a return hose balloon and then split?
Usually a blocked return filter or a crushed line downstream, which pushes the hose past 20 bar until the cord takes the load and the tube separates. The 102 mm code at 60 bar burst gives the warning; a 25 mm code at a 250 mm arc gives less.
What is the minimum order?
One coil, or cut lengths from a single metre upward. The 6 mm code starts the range at 0.18 kg/m and the 100 m coil covers it; mixed orders across the thirteen codes are packed by size and marked per coil.
How is the hose priced?
Per metre by bore and length: the 6 mm code at 0.18 kg/m and the 102 mm code at 4.21 kg/m are at opposite ends of the sheet. Send bore, total length and destination, and assemblies are quoted with the ends crimped and tested.
