PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Fuel, Diesel and Gasoline Hose — 10 bar, Conductive Wire, 19 mm to 203 mm
The YIBO fuel hose has an NBR tube, a reinforcement of high-tensile polyester cord, spiral steel wire and a conductive copper wire, and an NBR plus CR cover. It is built for diesel and gasoline transfer where the charge has to go somewhere.
The range is 10 codes from 19 mm to 203 mm bore, 3/4 inch to 8 inch. Every row is rated 10 bar (150 psi) working with 30 bar (450 psi) burst, a 3.0x margin. Mass runs 0.69 to 12.71 kg/m.
The spiral wire lets one hose work on the suction and the discharge side of the same tanker line. Coils are 61 m up to 6 inch; the 6 inch and 8 inch codes ship as 30.5 m coils because 8.34 kg/m and 12.71 kg/m are reel loads, not hand loads.

WHY THIS HOSE
Six Reasons This Hose Is Specified for Fuel
Fuel duty is decided by three things the table can prove: the tube, the conductive wire and the fact that the bore stays open.
Conductive Copper Wire
The reinforcement carries a copper wire for charge dissipation. It only works if the wire is bonded through the couplings at both ends, so the assembly has to be built as one piece rather than cut and clamped on site.
NBR Tube, NBR plus CR Cover
An NBR tube resists diesel and gasoline, and the CR blend in the cover resists dragging across a concrete apron better than a plain NBR cover.
Spiral Wire Holds the Bore
The same hose takes suction and discharge at 10 bar, so a tanker line does not need two different hoses on the truck.
Ten Bores to 8 inch
19 mm to 203 mm covers depot loading arms and 8 inch tanker drops, all at the same 10 bar rating, so a large bore does not lose class.
Bend Radius to 1100 mm
100 mm at the 3/4 inch code through to 1100 mm at 8 inch. On a depot apron that number decides how far the hose stands off the loading arm.
Weight Printed Per Code
0.69 kg/m at 3/4 inch to 12.71 kg/m at 8 inch, so a coil can be planned as a lift before it is ordered.
CONSTRUCTION
Four Materials, One Fuel Line
Inner Tube
NBR (nitrile butadiene rubber), bored from 19 mm to 203 mm. Nitrile is the reason diesel and gasoline can sit in the tube without swelling it.
Reinforcement
High-strength polyester cord plus spiral steel wire plus a conductive copper wire. The spiral carries the vacuum, the cord carries the pressure, and the copper carries the charge.
Cover
NBR blended with CR, outside diameter 30 mm at the 3/4 inch code through to 224 mm at 8 inch.
APPLICATIONS
Where Fuel Hose Is Used
Depot Loading Arms
Bulk terminal and depot transfer lines, where 3 inch and 4 inch of this body carry the flow at 3.7 and 2 m/s.
Tank Truck Bottom Loading
Loading and vapour recovery connections on road tankers, with the spiral holding the bore open on the suction side.
Generator & Day Tanks
Site fuel transfer to generators and day tanks, usually 1 inch to 2 inch at 10 bar.
Marine Bunkering
Fuel and lube transfer at the quay, where a dragged cover is the failure to design against.
Mining & Remote Bowsers
Fuel bowsers and site storage tanks, sized 2 inch to 4 inch for pump speed rather than for pressure.
Fleet Refuelling Points
Yard refuelling lines with camlocks or flanges, assembled and tested before dispatch.
HIGH-END INDUSTRY DIRECTIONS
What Fuel Buyers Ask For Now
Blend compatibility and static control are the two questions that arrive before price on most fuel enquiries.
① Static Dissipation conductive fuel hose
Trend: Fuel transfer requires charge dissipation, and regulators increasingly ask for evidence of it.
Dohose: The copper wire is part of the standard reinforcement and appears in the specification, not as a hidden option.
② Permeation Limits low permeation hose
Trend: Fuel permeation limits tighten year on year in EU and US markets.
Dohose: The NBR tube is quoted against the fuel type and the permeation limit rather than against gasoline alone.
③ Ethanol Blends ethanol compatible hose
Trend: E10 and E85 attack tubes that were fine on pure gasoline.
Dohose: The tube compound is confirmed against the actual blend, so an E85 line is not sold a gasoline hose.
④ Cover Abrasion on the Apron abrasion resistant hose
Trend: Hose dragged across concrete at a depot wears through the cover before the tube fails.
Dohose: The NBR and CR cover is selected for dragging duty, and the 8 inch code at 12.71 kg/m is handled on a reel.
⑤ Fewer Hoses on the Truck suction discharge hose
Trend: Operators want one hose that does suction and discharge instead of two sets on the truck.
Dohose: The spiral wire means the same 10 bar body works on both sides of the pump.
⑥ Traceability traceable hose
Trend: Fuel operators keep batch records for every hose in service.
Dohose: Batch and test date are marked on the body and recorded against the order.

FAQ
Fuel Hose — Ten Questions From Depot and Fleet Buyers
E10 vs E85 — is one fuel hose enough for both?
Only if the tube is quoted against the blend. The NBR tube here is rated 10 bar working and 30 bar burst on every code from 19 mm to 203 mm, but ethanol content is a compound question rather than a pressure question. Tell us the blend and the duty is confirmed against it, instead of a generic gasoline rating.
Conductive vs standard fuel hose — what actually changes?
The copper wire in the reinforcement, and nothing about the pressure class: both are 10 bar working with 30 bar burst. What changes is the assembly. The wire has to be bonded end to end, so a conductive hose cut and clamped on site loses exactly the property it was bought for.
What is the working pressure of the 2 inch fuel hose?
The 51 mm code is rated 10 bar working (150 psi) with 30 bar (450 psi) minimum burst. Minimum bend radius is 300 mm, mass is 1.98 kg/m, and the standard coil is 61 m, so a 2 inch order arrives as a 121 kg coil.
What bore for 1000 l/min depot loading?
1000 l/min is 16.7 l/s. A 4 inch (102 mm) bore moves that at about 2 m/s, a 3 inch bore needs 3.7 m/s, and a 6 inch bore drops it to under 1 m/s. The 4 inch row is 5.08 kg/m with a 550 mm bend radius, which is the usual answer for a depot arm.
Can this hose be used for tanker bottom loading?
Yes. Bottom loading is a suction-side duty as much as a discharge one, and the spiral steel wire keeps the bore open while the pump pulls. 3 inch and 4 inch are the working sizes, and the 10 bar rating covers the discharge head at a normal terminal.
Will it carry biodiesel B100?
That is a compound question, not a pressure question. The body is rated 10 bar with 30 bar burst across the range, but B100 has to be checked against the tube rather than assumed from a diesel rating. Send the blend ratio and the temperature and we confirm the tube before quoting.
Why does static spark at the nozzle during transfer?
Because the charge has nowhere to go. The copper wire only dissipates it if it is bonded through both couplings and the hose is grounded at the truck end. A conductive hose fitted with unbonded camlocks, or a standard hose run at 10 bar on a solvent blend, produces exactly the spark the wire was meant to prevent.
Why does the cover swell and go soft on petrol duty?
Permeation from high-aromatic blends reaches the cover from inside and softens it, and dragging across the apron does the rest. The NBR plus CR cover resists abrasion better than plain nitrile, but a 4 inch line at 5.08 kg/m left lying in a pool of fuel is being tested beyond its cover.
Which Chinese manufacturer supplies fuel suction and delivery hose in bulk?
YIBO, in Luohe, Henan, builds the range on one line: 10 codes from 19 mm to 203 mm bore, 3/4 inch to 8 inch, all at 10 bar working with a conductive copper wire in the reinforcement. Coils and crimped assemblies ship from the same plant.
What does the fuel hose cost per metre, and how heavy is a coil?
Price follows bore and ends: 1.98 kg/m at 2 inch, 5.08 kg/m at 4 inch, 12.71 kg/m at 8 inch. The 8 inch code is a 30.5 m coil weighing about 388 kg, so it ships on a reel. Send bore, length, ends and destination for a firm figure the same working day.
