PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Ultra-High Pressure Cleaning Hose — 280 bar on All Five Bores
This is a water-jet cleaning hose: a TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) tube, a high-strength fibre reinforcement and a wear-resistant polyurethane cover, published in five bores from 10 mm to 25.4 mm — 3/8 to 1 inch — all at 280 bar working.
Every code carries the same pressure, so the number that separates them is the bend. Minimum bend radius runs 100, 120, 145, 165 and 200 mm in bore order, and the outside diameter runs 18 mm to 38.9 mm. That is what a cleaning line is actually specified on: whether the hose can be pushed through a tube bundle or round a frame without a kink.
The service window is -40 °C to +120 °C. The table publishes a working pressure and no burst column, and this page does not invent one — a 280 bar rating with the wall behind it is the whole published claim. What the sheet does give, per code, is the outside diameter and the arc, and on a cleaning line those two decide whether the hose survives the job.

Application & Selection
ULTRA HIGH PRESSURE CLEANING HOSE — Ultra-High Pressure Cleaning Hose — full specification table, PDF datasheet and factory-direct supply. ULTRA HIGH PRESSURE CLEANING HOSE covers 10–25.4 mm across 5 published codes. ULTRA HIGH PRESSURE CLEANING HOSE runs from -40°C~+120°C.
ULTRA HIGH PRESSURE CLEANING HOSE is rated 280 bar working, published per code rather than as one headline figure. Assemblies of ULTRA HIGH PRESSURE CLEANING HOSE are crimped and pressure-tested in-house, with metric / BSP / JIC / ORFS ends. MOQ on ULTRA HIGH PRESSURE CLEANING HOSE is 100 m on standard items.
WHY THIS HOSE
Six Reasons the Bend Radius Is the Choice
At one pressure across five bores, the only real decision is how tight the line has to turn.
280 bar on Every Bore
The 3/8 inch code at 10 mm and the 1 inch code at 25.4 mm are both rated 280 bar, so the bore is chosen for flow and the pressure does not change with size.
The Arc Sets the Fit
Minimum bend radius climbs in five published steps, 100, 120, 145, 165 and 200 mm, and that figure decides whether the line can be fed through a heat exchanger tube or has to be routed outside it.
Outside Diameter to 38.9 mm
A 1 inch bore at 38.9 mm outside is still slim enough to handle by hand, which is what a wash-down line on a reel needs to be.
TPE, Not Rubber
A thermoplastic elastomer tube with a fibre reinforcement gives the 280 bar without the wall a rubber hose of the same rating would carry.
PU Cover Against Abrasion
The cover is wear-resistant polyurethane, published for a hose that is dragged across concrete and steel rather than carried.
Wide Temperature Window
The -40 °C to +120 °C range covers a cold yard start and a hot wash-down on the same hose, with no second part for either end of the year.
CONSTRUCTION
TPE, Fibre, Polyurethane
Inner Tube
A TPE tube, from 10 mm to 25.4 mm bore, chosen for water and cleaning agents rather than for oil.
Reinforcement
High-strength fibre reinforcement, which is what holds 280 bar at a 18 mm outside diameter on the smallest code.
Cover
Wear-resistant polyurethane, taking the outside diameter from 18 mm at the 3/8 inch code to 38.9 mm at 1 inch.
APPLICATIONS
Where 280 bar Is Used
Heat Exchanger Cleaning
The 3/8 inch code at 10 mm bore and a 100 mm arc, fed through a tube bundle.
Drain and Sewer Jetting
The 1/2 inch code at 12.7 mm on a 120 mm radius, on a reel behind a jetting unit.
Surface Preparation
The 5/8 inch code at 16 mm bore and 145 mm arc, on a hand-held lance.
Food Plant Wash-Down
The 3/4 inch code at 19 mm, where 280 bar strips residue without a second machine.
Tank and Vessel Cleaning
The 1 inch code at 25.4 mm and a 200 mm arc, the largest bore in the table.
Pipe Descaling
The 1/2 inch code, small enough to enter a line and stiff enough to carry the jet.
HIGH-END INDUSTRY DIRECTIONS
What a Cleaning Contractor Asks
The questions are about the arc, the outside diameter and the cover — the pressure is the same on every code.

FAQ
Ultra-High Pressure Cleaning Hose — Ten Questions
Ultra-high pressure cleaning hose vs a wire-braided hydraulic hose — what changes?
The tube and the cover, not the pressure. This one has a TPE tube and a polyurethane cover in five bores from 10 mm to 25.4 mm at 280 bar, built for water and abrasion rather than for oil inside a machine.
Can it replace a steel-wire hose on a jetting unit?
Where the working pressure is 280 bar and the arc fits, yes, and the polyurethane cover lasts longer against a concrete floor. Above that pressure the construction changes and the part is a different hose rather than a longer version of this one.
What is the rating on the 3/8 inch code?
280 bar on a 10 mm bore, an 18 mm outside diameter and a 100 mm minimum bend radius — the smallest and tightest code in the table.
What is the largest bore, and how tight will it bend?
25.4 mm at 1 inch, with a 38.9 mm outside diameter and a 200 mm bend radius, at the same 280 bar as the rest of the range.
Will it handle water and cleaning agents?
Yes — the TPE tube is the layer for water and cleaning agents, and the range from 10 mm to 25.4 mm is published at one pressure so the chemistry and the flow are the only variables.
Can it be pushed through a heat exchanger tube?
That is the 3/8 inch code at 10 mm bore with a 100 mm arc, and it is why the small end of this range exists. The 1/2 inch code at 12.7 mm and a 120 mm radius is the next step up when the tubes are larger.
Why is the pressure the same on all five bores?
Because the construction is sized to one class. The 280 bar rating holds from the 10 mm bore at 18 mm outside to the 25.4 mm bore at 38.9 mm, so a buyer picks the bore for flow and the arc for routing, and never trades pressure for size.
Why does a cleaning hose burst just behind the crimp?
Because the cover has been worn through at that point and water has reached the fibre, or because the line is being pulled round a bend tighter than the 100 mm arc at the small end. Check the cover and the routing before raising the pressure.
What is the minimum order?
One length or one assembly, in any of the five bores from 10 mm to 25.4 mm. Assemblies are crimped and tested before they ship, and a spare is normally ordered in the same bore and the same arc as the line it replaces, because those are the two figures printed on the old hose.
How is the hose priced?
Per metre by bore: the 10 mm code at 18 mm outside and the 25.4 mm code at 38.9 mm outside sit at opposite ends of the sheet, both at 280 bar. Send bore, length, end fittings and destination for a firm figure.
