A UHP hose assembly line built around "in-system cleanliness," for injection/machine servo, wind-turbine pitch, CNC, aerospace ground equipment and food/pharma hydraulics. It faces an underestimated weak point: a hose is not just an oil channel — it can also be a "particle factory" inside a precision hydraulic system, as inner-tube debris, assembly residue and formulation bleed travel with the oil into servo valves.
The Hose as a Hidden Contamination Source
Precision hydraulics are extremely sensitive to oil cleanliness. Servo and proportional valve spool gaps are micron-scale; once particles jam or scratch them, internal leakage, control drift or total failure follows. A hose has several "pollution points": micro-flaking of the inner tube under impulse and fluid冲刷; metal chips, fibres and dust left from crimping and cutting; low-molecular bleed from some compounds in oil; and outside contaminants entering through failed end caps in storage. These circulate with the system and are often blamed on the tank or pump, while the hose hides in the overlooked corner.
Four Layers of Cleanliness Technology
① Low-bleed durable inner tube. Low-bleed, low-migration durable elastomer reduces surface flaking and low-molecular bleed during long service, cutting "self-made particles" at the source.
② In-line flushing and particle control. After assembly in a clean environment, the assembly is flushed in-line to a target cleanliness grade (indicative: ISO 4406 18/16/13 or NAS 1638 Class 8 order, per system need) — not merely "blown through."
③ End-cap protection. Both ends sealed with caps through shipping and storage to prevent secondary contamination; the bore stays clean until tightened on site.
④ Clean assembly process. Crimping and cutting in a controlled clean zone, with tools and gloves preventing fibre/metal-chip introduction, killing the "dirty out of the box" risk at the line.
