A "high-reliability, long-life" subsea/offshore UHP hose assembly line for offshore platforms, subsea equipment, drilling and ROV hydraulics. Why the Ocean Is a Hose's "Longevity Exam"
Marine failure cost is very high: one subsea hose fault often means shutdown, dive work or ROV intervention, counted in days and tens of thousands. And the ocean consumes a hose in combination: chloridic seawater corrodes cover and fitting long-term; platform heave and swell keep the hose dynamically bending, accumulating wire fatigue; seabed drag, coral and debris cause abrasion and puncture; tight space and high-frequency swing amplify routing stress. Four Layers of High-Reliability Technology
① Seawater-corrosion-resistant cover. Cover of special polymer resistant to seawater and chloride, optionally with antifouling treatment, slowing cover degradation and biofouling.
② Dynamic-fatigue-resistant reinforcement. High-fatigue wire with optimized lay raises fatigue life under combined "continuous bending + pressure impulse," surviving millions of heave and ROV-swing cycles.
③ Abrasion- and puncture-resistant. Wear-/cut-resistant outer or neighbouring layer (high-strength fibre armour) defends against seabed drag, coral and debris, avoiding "worn through."
④ High-reliability anti-corrosion fitting. Fitting of seawater-resistant material with locking structure, plus sealing and anti-loosen设计, staying leak- and loosening-free under co-existing high pressure, vibration and corrosion.
