- Hose Construction
- Inner Tube:oil-resistant synthetic rubber for petroleum-based hydraulic fluids.
- Reinforcement:two layers of high-tensile steel wire braid (2SN), impulse resistant.
- Cover:oil, abrasion, ozone and weather resistant synthetic rubber.
- Temperature Range:−40 °C to +100 °C (−40 °F to +212 °F); 0 °C to +70 °C for water-based media.
- Hose Features
- High Pressure:up to 41.5 MPa / 6,019 psi working and 166 MPa / 24,076 psi burst on 2SN-03-05 — a 4:1 margin.
- Wide Size Range:12 published codes from 4.6 mm to 65.1 mm bore (3/16" to 2-1/2").
- Impulse Resistance:two wire braids hold the published rating through repeated pressure cycling.
- Application:excavators, cranes, presses and general hydraulic lines on petroleum-based fluid.

Data Display
The hose consists of an inner tube, two layers of steel wire braid reinforcement and an outer cover. It is built to GB/T 3683, SAE 100R2AT and EN 853 2SN, and is used for conveying petroleum-based hydraulic fluids such as alcohols, hydraulic oil, lubricating oil and emulsions. Not suitable for phosphate ester-based fluids.
