Strengthen Vocational Skills Training to Enhance Employees' Comprehensive Quality

On June 18, the company's new apprentice training program, established in collaboration with Luohe Technician College, successfully concluded with a pleasant visit. Spanning one and a half years, the program utilized a variety of training methods, including online and offline sessions, as well as hands-on practical training.

The curriculum comprised a total of 320 credit hours and was customized to meet the specific needs of the enterprise. Key topics included theoretical knowledge of benchwork and welding, mechanical fundamentals, safety protocols, the Civil Code, teamwork, the craftsman spirit, emotional management, and basic etiquette. The training also featured practical sessions in benchwork and welding.

Highly relevant to both the employees' production work and daily lives, the courses were closely aligned with actual production practices and corporate needs. The engaging and vivid content proved highly beneficial, earning widespread praise from all participants.

Through theoretical and practical training, we have mastered professional knowledge and skills, enabling us to operate equipment more safely and in compliance with standard procedures in our future work. Studying the Civil Code has helped us understand relevant legal knowledge, empowering us to effectively exercise our rights, better protect our legitimate interests, and regulate our own behavior. Learning about teamwork has made us realize that working together means being part of a team, and only through collaborative efforts can we achieve better results. Studying the craftsman spirit has taught us to be fully dedicated, responsible, meticulous, and constantly striving for perfection in everything we do. Emotional management training has equipped us with the ability to better regulate our emotions, cultivate a positive mindset, live optimistically, and work hard. Finally, learning basic etiquette has taught us the importance of politeness and proper manners in daily interactions, helping us maintain a neat appearance, behave civilly, and act with grace and courtesy.
