The Hydraulic Hose We Manufacture
Both wire braided and wire spiral construction, with compact and fiber-braided options — covering the common SAE / EN / DIN specifications.
Wire Braided Hydraulic Hose
Single & two-wire braid to SAE 100R1AT / 100R2AT and EN 853 1SN / 2SN. Compact versions available for tight routing.
Wire Spiral Hydraulic Hose
Four & six-spiral construction to SAE 100R12 / 100R13 and EN 856 4SP / 4SH for high-pressure systems.
Compact Braided Hydraulic Hose
Smaller outside diameter with the same working pressure — ideal for compact machinery and retrofits.
Fiber Braided Hose
Textile-reinforced hose for medium and low pressure lines in general industrial equipment.
Hydraulic Hose Assemblies & Fittings
We supply more than the hose. We build the finished assembly — hose, fittings and crimping — so it arrives ready to bolt on.
Custom Hose Assemblies
Hydraulic hose assemblies crimped to your drawing or to a physical sample — tell us the working pressure, port type and routing and we build to match.
Hydraulic Hose Fittings
Metric, BSP, JIC and ORFS fittings. Available crimped onto the assembly, or supplied loose for your own crimping line.
Crimping & Pressure Testing
Crimping is carried out and pressure-tested in our own plant before shipment — one supplier accountable for the finished assembly, not just the hose.

Choosing the Hydraulic Hose Pressure Class
Hydraulic hose is bought on pressure class first and bore second, because the class decides the construction — braid or spiral — and the construction decides how the hose behaves under impulse. The classes below are the ones we manufacture, with the working and burst figures published in our own tables.
| Class | Standard | Construction | Working pressure | Burst pressure |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| R3 | SAE 100R3 | Textile braid | 87 bar | 348 bar |
| R6 | SAE 100R6 | Textile braid | 34 bar | 136 bar |
| 1SN | EN 853 1SN | Single wire braid | 250 bar | 1000 bar |
| 2SN | EN 853 2SN | Two-wire braid | 415 bar | 1660 bar |
| R12 | SAE 100R12 | Four-spiral | 280 bar | 1120 bar |
| 4SP | EN 856 4SP | Four-spiral | 450 bar | 1800 bar |
| 4SH | EN 856 4SH | Four-spiral | 420 bar | 1680 bar |
| R13 | SAE 100R13 | Multi-layer spiral | 350 bar | 1400 bar |
| R15 | SAE 100R15 | Multi-layer spiral | 450 bar | 1800 bar |
| R16 | EN 856 4SP compact | Compact spiral | 350 bar | 1400 bar |
| R17 | SAE 100R17 | Constant pressure | 225 bar | 900 bar |
| R19 | SAE 100R19 | Constant pressure | 280 bar | 560 bar |
Braid or Spiral?
Braid crosses wire at opposing angles over a single pass; spiral lays multiple layers at a steeper angle. Above roughly 250–350 bar the spiral classes take over, and they are also the ones that hold up better under impulse cycling at the same rating. If your circuit spikes, the class to look at is the one that survives the spike, not the one that matches the gauge pressure.
Rating Falls as Bore Rises
Within any class, the published working pressure drops as the bore increases — 2SN runs from 415 bar at the small end of its range downward. So the pressure class does not decide the hose on its own: the bore has to be checked at the same time, and the rating quoted is the one for the size you actually order.
Constant Pressure Classes
R17 and R19 are constant-pressure constructions: the working rating stays flat across the size range instead of falling away with bore. That is useful when a circuit needs the same rating at two different bores, and it removes the usual trap of specifying a class that meets the pressure only at the smallest size.
Fittings Are Half the Assembly
A completed assembly is rated at the lower of the hose and the end connection, so the fitting has to be rated to the same class as the hose. We crimp in our own plant with metric, BSP, JIC and ORFS fittings to your drawing or sample, and pressure-test the finished length — because a hose rated at 415 bar with an ordinary coupling is a 200 bar assembly.
Frequently Asked Questions
Still have a question? Send it with the form — we answer within 1 hour.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
100 m for standard items. Smaller trial orders are welcome for a first cooperation — and large volume orders are equally supported.
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Free samples are available so you can check the quality before you commit.
What is the lead time?
Around 20 days from order confirmation, depending on quantity and specification. Standard items may ship faster from stock.
How do I pay?
A 30%–50% deposit with the balance before shipment. Other terms can be discussed when you order.
Do you support OEM / private label?
Yes — your brand, your specifications and your packaging. Custom orders start from 100 m.
Which standards do your hoses meet?
Production and testing follow GB/T, SAE, EN and DIN standards. We run an ISO 9001 quality system with an in-house laboratory.
Which countries do you export to?
More than 30 countries, mainly in Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Africa. We handle export documentation and shipping.
Can you help me choose the right hose?
Of course — tell us the working pressure, fluid and machine, and our engineers will recommend the right type and size. This consultation is free.
Do you supply hose assemblies and fittings, or only the hose?
Both. We build custom crimped hydraulic hose assemblies with metric, BSP, JIC and ORFS fittings, made to your drawing or sample — and we also supply hose and fittings on their own.
Can you crimp the fittings onto the hose for me?
Yes. Crimping and pressure testing are carried out in our own plant, so the assembly you receive is finished and tested — ready to fit.
