Note: This is a kind of dry sealing thread, which is a domestic taper pipe thread used to transport fuel. It can be used for both external thread end joints and internal thread end joints. NPTF external thread can be matched with NPTF, NPSF or NPSM internal thread. NPTF pipe joint is similar to BSPT pipe joint, but it cannot be exchanged with each other. The pitch of most threads is different, and the profile angle is 60 °,while the profile angle of BSPT thread is 55 °
2. Jic37 taper angle internal thread joint:
Note: 37 ° cone angle (JIC) society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) stipulates that 37 ° cone angle or cone seat can be used for high-pressure hydraulic pipeline. This type of pipe joint is usually called JIC pipe joint. Jilc external thread is a straight thread, which can only be matched with JIC internal thread. The seal is formed at the 37 ° cone seat surface. The threads of some sizes are the same as sae45 ° cone angle threads. The cone angle should be carefully measured to distinguish.
3. Sae45 taper angle external thread joint:
Note: SAE (45 ° cone angle) this is a term used for pipe joints with 45 ° cone angle or cone seat. This joint is usually used for soft copper pipes because the material is easy to machine into 45 corners. This coupling is suitable for low pressure applications – such as fuel lines and refrigeration lines.

Precautions for installation of rubber hose joint:
(1) The rubber hose shall not be excessively bent or bent at the root when moving or stationary, and shall start bending at least 1.5 times its diameter;
(2) When the rubber hose moves to the extreme position, it shall not be pulled too tightly, but shall be relatively loose;
(3) Try to avoid torsional deformation of rubber hose;
(4) The rubber hose shall be kept away from the heat radiation components as far as possible, and the heat insulation board shall be installed when necessary;
(5) External damage of rubber hose shall be avoided, such as long-term friction on the surface of isomorphic components in use;
(6) If the rubber hose is excessively deformed due to its own weight, there shall be supporting parts.
